30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it;
  • Be returned in its original packaging;
  • Include all original parts, accessories, and documentation (if applicable);
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • The item(s) you wish to return;
  • The reason for the return;
  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label to assist with our review.

If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged;
  • The item is defective;
  • The wrong item was shipped.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process

Exchanges

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure outlined above.
